  • How do I go about hiring Top Shotz Mobile Bartending for my event?

  • How do I secure my event date?
    Top Shotz Mobile Bartending is booked on a first-come first-serve basis. To secure your specific date, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking, with full payment due 14 days prior to your event. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, credit card*, or PayPal*. *with 3% additional processing fee
  • Are all Top Shotz bartenders certified?
    Yes! All bartenders at Top Shotz are ServSafe & Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commision (TABC) certified.
  • Will Top Shotz provide all the alcohol for my event?
    Due to Texas state law, the customer must purchase any and all alcohol for their event. We are happy to help create a customized shopping list of all alcohol needed, and for an additional fee, we can even pick it up for you, we just cannot do the purchasing for you.
  • What will I need to purchase for my event?
    This depends on you! If you would like us to purchase all your drink garnishes, straws, cups, napkins etc. we are happy to build that into your quote. We provide: -Happy & Humorous Bartenders -Bar Menu Signage -All necessary bar tools including mixers, strainers, knifes, cutting boards, muddlers, ice scoop, juice pours, pour spouts etc. -Mobile bar (if needed*) -Beverage Bins -One Large Ice Chest
  • What happens if I need to cancel my date after booking?
    You are welcome to use your non refundable deposit towards any new booking within 90 days of your original event date.
  • How will Top Shotz bartenders dress for my event?
    Our bartenders come dressed professionally in black pants and Top Shotz logo shirts. If you have a specific and appropriate way you'd like us to dress, please let us know. We would love to fit right in with your theme!
  • What kind of drinks can Top Shotz bartenders make?
    All of our bartenders have experience from fast paced sports bars to high class fine dining restaurants. We offer a wide variety of cocktails, ranging from your simple Vodka-Cranberry to a classic Manhattan. Our bartenders specialize in creating custom drinks and cocktail menus to fit your event’s theme! Simply let us know what you desire & we will make it happen!
  • What is a signature cocktail?
    A signature cocktail is a specialized cocktail tailored to your specific theme or event. For example, many wedding couples will come up with a signature cocktail based on the bride & groom's last name, shared hobby or wedding nuptuials (ie. the Mai Guy, Marry Me Martini or Blushing Bride etc.) These can be made from a variety of spirits and can be customized to suit your taste. If you can dream it, we can make it!
